* Experience : 1~3 years

[RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Conduct preliminary deal review including target’s industry in general and financials.
- Make and support Teaser and Investment Memorandum.
- Assist senior members on transactions and operations in general.

[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Excellency in MS office tool set.
- High proficiency in English and additional linguistic skills are preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- FAS, IB IBD, Researcher experience preferred
- Team-work player who is self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Punctuality and positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s University degree or equivalent experience.
- Must finish his call of duty if the candidate is a male.
