Position: CRM Manager¡ìCore Accountabilities¡í- Develop, initiate, and manage CRM strategy and plans for clients¡¯ engagement and experiences: Global events, brand moments, in-store experience, exclusive top VIC programs, etc. to enhance VIC loyalty- Monitor/Analyze CRM performances to enhance conversion and customer retention and to improve customer experience and lifetime value.- Analyze customer data to meet CRM KPIs and work closely with stores to continuously improve customer data accuracy and quality.- Collaborate with other functions and teams to identify opportunities for VIC engagement and loyalty.- Develop CRM insights and intelligence to support and promote commercial goals- Work closely with global teams/regional teams to share local plans, needs and results.- Budget management.¡ìRequirements¡í- Bachelor¡¯s degree with over 8 years of Marketing experience and a minimum of 5 years of CRM experience.- Excellent presentation and communication skills- Self-motivated and passionate- Data analysis and management skills.- Project management experience- Retail Industry, preferably in Fashion & Luxury experience.- Fluent English skills both written and spoken.»ó¼¼ ¾÷¹«³»¿ë, ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç, ±Ù¹«Á¶°Ç, ±Ù¹«È¯°æ µîÀ» ÀÔ·ÂÇØ ÁÖ¼¼¿ä.
