• Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall manufacturing objectives and I4.0framework.

• Evaluate and select appropriate automation solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement data automation strategies to streamline production workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
• Identify and analyze productivity bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and propose and implement automation solutions to optimize throughput and reduce cycle times.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical field
• +5 years of working experience in relevant working experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry
• Experience in project leading the implementation and integration of automation technologies, including robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT devices, into the manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
• Capable of independently manage automation projects, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
• Experience in integrating new or legacy equipment’s for I4.0 automation purposes.
• Proven track record of ability to design, program, simulate, and test all automation implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
