• Working in mainly Mold Process for new product development
Support the process parameter optimization, quality data gathering & compiling,
documentation
• Support the other development activities
Understand the process quality test methods (Wire Pull, Ball Shear Test / X-ray / SAT etc)
Data analysis (CP, CPK calculation)
Material Preparation for process development activities
Communicate & Cooperate with other departments
• Undergraduate in Engineering or Natural Science
• Passion for semiconductor packaging technology
• Teamwork and self-motivation
• A person who can work in Cheonan for 6 Months
• Good MS Office Skill - Excel / Power point / Word
• Intermediate level of English (Speaking, Writing)
