[Stylenanda/3CE] DMI Div. - Content Studio Manager

 JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a 3CE Style Nanda DMI (HQ) a Content Studio Director, who will be responsible for leading the internal studio (around 6-8p + freelances), from creative brief to production and postproduction, for all platforms online + offline, stills & videos.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

• Leader of internal content creation for all platforms (retail, e-retail, social, digital).
• Management of the internal studio + between 6-8 experts in direct reports (including freelances)
• Budget management 
• Content Studio Strategy: Responsible for developing a Content Studio strategy
• Lead Conception: The Content Studio Director will lead the conception, content creation, and overall creative direction in the Studio. Implement a creative framework to foster new ideas and concepts in line with market trends and Studio editorial strategy. 
• Consistency: Responsible for ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone. Ensure each project meets validation standards and reaches the desired level of quality and content, providing recommendations to enhance overall experience and meet quality standards.
• Brand Guideline: Work closely with C&C teams to ensure projects adhere to brand guidelines.
• Coordination: Coordinate the different experts in his team, from shooting production to postproduction, to ensure high-quality content that aligns with the C&C 360 strategy and timings. Guide core creative teams from early conception to late polish phase. Review content in terms of design, tone of voice, aesthetic, quality etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: min. Diploma~Bachelor's degree
• Years of experience: +8~10 years Creative Content experience.
• Specific Career Experience
  • Experience required in Studio or Agency content creation, ideally in Fashion or beauty but open to other scopes. (Good understanding of all the phases and jobs of the production and postproduction)
  • Able to demonstrate leadership and be open-minded, with a love of teamwork.
  • Ability to take initiative, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Inter-personal and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Creativity fueled by trends and the industry
• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English (Verbal English communication is mandatory)
