Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Manager

1. Warehouse Operation & Reporting
- General Warehouse management with 3PL as representing brand's interest.
- Monitor warehouses activities to guarantee the best services and leadtime to our stores and clients.
- Work closely with warehouse 3PL to improve our productivity and reliability while keeping a high inventory quality.
- Create SOP for new activities
- Non-Goods In & Out monitoring in liaison with stakeholder departments
- Rebalancing Quality Issue Monitoring
- Transportation management (VALEX, etc.)
- Ensure end-to-end logistics service management, including resource planning and capacity optimization with 3PL.
- Resolve daily operational exceptions promptly, as being the final in-charge.
- Manage reverse logistics processes, regularly review return policies, and assess opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and brand protection.
- Take ownership of logistics systems, actively seeking and implementing new techniques to improve logistics efficiency and visibility.
2. Inventory management & Cost analysis
- Goods/non-goods Inventory management, seeking for agile real-time optimization of inventory allocation across locations and channel.
- Stock Count Monitoring and report to HQ.
- Inventory closing & Cost analysis
- Destruction plan & arrangement if any needed
- Negotiate terms with 3PL and suppliers to optimize costs.
- Drive business growth by securing new contracts, analyzing logistical challenges, and proposing innovative solutions.
3. Multi-functional Communication
- Regular weekly meeting with 3PL, commercial functions including Stores and eCommerce team.
- Participate with full engagement in task force meetings with other departments.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership teams.
4. Warehouse Projects
- Oversee warehouse projects initiated by headquarters or Korea-level teams, including system implementations, process improvements
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
- 6-10 years of warehouse management for BtoB and BtoC. Experience in 3PLs implementation.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor¡¯s degree
- Experience in leading large projects with tight timelines
- Deep understanding of Lean, project management and change management concepts
- Genuine desire to ¡°self-service¡± and learn new systems, rather than relying on others¡¯ data.
- Able to deal with uncertainty and make decisions based on best available information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working across multi-departments.
