담당업무
ㆍAccount Executives (AEs) are responsible for hunting new business.
ㆍCurrent need is for SMB to MB (Small to Medium Business) market expansion.
ㆍ There is a lack of pipeline, hence the need for a dedicated Account Executive.
ㆍ80% of the focus is on growing and maintaining current business.
ㆍ The AE will be supported by SDR`s team and will have one Sales Development Representative (SDR) as a support.

ㆍ경력 : 경력 4년 이상
ㆍ기타 필수 사항
- 한국어 능통자, 영어 소통 가능자
- 한국 내 중소기업 및 중견 시장에서 2~3년 판매 경험
- B2B SaaS 경험 필수, Payroll technology 관련 배경이 있으면 가산점
- 빠르게 성장하는 스타트업에서 일하고 점점 더 많은 책임을 맡고자 하는 열망
Contract Details
• Self-employed contract, similar to freelancers.
• Candidates must be independent contractors.
• Long-term commitment expected, with similar benefits to employees but self-managing admin and taxes.
Compensation and Benefits
• 50/50 split between base and commission.
• Commissions are uncapped, based on hitting monthly targets.
• Stock Option can be given
• Payment options in USD or KRW, with a fixed rate reviewed annually.
Lead Management and Reporting
• The AE receives leads from the SDR.
• The AE manages the entire sales process end-to-end.
• Lead generation split: 60% from SDR, 40% from AE’s own efforts.
• AE will report to Guy, the Sales Manager.
