• Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with exceptional smile
• Station at guests entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests
• Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience
• Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries
