[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Job Summary : The Area Manager is responsible for the achievement of the sales targets among the Stores in his/her area. Manages and monitors the Stores activities in order to maximize sales, guaranteeing an accurate cost management and an excellent service to clients. Guarantees also a regular presence in the Stores of his/her competence in order to actively support the Store Manager and Store team. He/she proactively supports the business steering through in-depth analysis of operational KPIs, including: conversion rate, traffic, timing spent at till and waiting for wrapping, transfers optimization.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] • 10+ years working experience in retail environment, preferably with a direct experience of store management • Has a broad knowledge about the Costume and Luxury History • Aligned to the Brand identity and detail oriented, with strong coaching and communication skills • Significant retail experience, with outspoken leadership and management skills • Excellent English knowledge and Ideally multilingual • Strong computer literacy (Knowledge of SAP Retail is appreciated) • Ability to build trust-based relationships with store managers/ Excellent listening skills • Ability to solve complex problems, develop and deliver ambitious change management programmes, structure communication in a clear manner, run analysis and models to understand correlations and root causes • Capacity to breath and embody brand values • Strong remote team management skills
