Job Purpose: Retail & Omni-channel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing omni-channel performance encompassing offline Retail Boutiques and Online E-commerce along with CRC (Customer Relations Centre) with insightful analysis. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 - Omni-channel Management <E-Boutique Management> - Responsible for monitoring online sales activities from E-boutique
- Support execution of HQ E-commerce project & Guideline and be an active contributor to the Omni-channel project from both HQ and Local, Korea.
- Support the operational leads in analyzing E-commerce operations and identifying its bottlenecks
- Monitor MDS (Model Stocks) to ensure stock availability on the webpage.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners such as Retail, Wholesales, Supply Chain or Logistics etc. for the sake of optimization of E-Boutique.
- Open and Track issue ticket for clients facing webpage account or any hinderances they face in order to enhance E-Boutique Environment.
- Collaborate with Retail Boutiques team to make omni-channel performances leveraging digital tools such as Boutique Appointment, Extend etc.
<CRC (Customer Relations Centre) Management> - Main interlocuter to CRC in order to support for Brand Ambassadors (CRC Agents) in any case of enquiries or issues they are facing in a daily basis.
- Leveage CRC Ambassadors to make sales opportunities through omni-channel tools such as PayByLink, Extend, Boutique Appointment etc.
- Build up and monitor CRC KPIs by implementing necessary incentive plans to motivate Ambassadors.
- Provide relevant training in accordance with HQ Training Roadmap, Local Training Plan and Official Curriculum set by Richemont Digital Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 2 - Retail Performance Analysis - Retail sales analysis related to Retail boutiques & E-boutique performances.
- Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to the business on improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for regular sales report such as Monthly Commercial Report, Weekly Sales Flash etc.
- Build up retail staff analysis to monitor sales staff performance in monthly basis.
- Actively communicate with boutique staffs to have a full visibility of business environment across the network.
- Construct efficient data driven sales environment to have a deep insight of Retail Environment.

PREFERRED PROFILE |
- University Degree with 5 years¡¯ experience or above in Luxury industry (luxury retail background is a plus)
- Hands on Attitude
- Problem solving and process management skills
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Positive mindset with can-do attitude
- Working experience in SAP, SALESFORCE is preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Fluent in English
