JOB TITLE Business Planning & Product Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
This position is responsible for product strategy & action plan by driving different network and stakeholders to reach brand¡¯s performance based upon analytical insights and comprehensive marketing propositions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy Plan and Sales Performance Follow up
- Understand the business landscape and set product strategy to achieve the brand¡¯s KPI and goal in communicating with local management and central team.
- Provide the sales performance in developing and executing watch sales strategy thru local market analysis with comprehensive study on client behaviours, market trends, product attributes & etc.
- Monitor strategic categories sales and share progress analysis regularly with the management for further optimization
- Collaborate with marketing & communication, CRM and retail team to address watch product strategy and improve cross-functional orchestration.
- Consolidating BU/LE breakdown and forecasts based on product analysis
- Share qualitative feedback on inquiries with Commercial teams and suggest assortments or sales forecast
- Observe watch business competitor landscape up to date, taking it to consideration on long/short-term watch product strategy
- Monitor competitors activity, sales and market analysis
2. Product Management
- Attend the bi-weekly stock allocation meeting and negotiate Korea stock allocation with HQ
- Allocate products based on analysis product inventory and sales trends to improve performance across the all network
- Organize and local product community and monitor airtable status
- Demand & Supply management by closely communicating with BTQ staff for their wish list, target and monitoring both daily & monthly assortment

- Daily updating stock list and balancing the assortment
- Regularly monitor the external boutique and duty free sell-in/out and review return/buyback if needed
- Manage stock maintenance in Booster ; Serial number discrepancy, stock transfer and stock reception related issues
- Regularly monitor and communicate for WW watch stock list to proactively discover target product for local market.
3. Supply Chain and Order (Watch/Strap/Acc) Management
- Monitoring from forecast to delivery to stock to sales, stock rebalancing, analysis & recommendations to reach optimum stock availability at the BTQ and POS level.
- Supervise and decide on the activities on demand planning according to the objectives of product availability and stock targets defined.
- Monitor stock returns, to have them executed in time, and in the most efficient way for the teams involved
- Monitor delivery from HQ and stock reception at DC in collaboration with Logistics to ensure smooth sales replenishment.
- Manage leather strap order from all network
- Oversee the catalog update with HQ
- Manage Acc/Spare parts orders for all network ; Spare parts including buckles.
4. Others
- Manage the staff/Press consignment and regular staff sales and the special staff sales for all product perimeters.
- Oversee the catalog update with HQ.
- Leading other ad-hoc projects related product when it's required.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- 8-10years¡¯ experience in Product marketing and Supply Chain
- Understanding of Luxury business
- Strategic and Analytical thinking and data-oriented way of working
- Organized and solid time management
- Strong and Proactive communication skills
- Co-operative and cross-functional team player
- Excellent proficiency in English
- High Level on Excel, SAP experience, PowerBI
- High competency in MS office use : Excel, PowerPoint
- Critical thinking and problem solving is required
