Manager, Mono Operations, Retail

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The purpose of this role is to optimize mono store operations and ensure compliance with established processes and standards in mono South Korea. The role focuses on fostering a culture of trading excellence, motivating teams, and promoting efficiency in store operations through the "house of retail/franchise" approach.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to retail best practices and processes in franchise stores.
  • Optimize store operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Enhance the overall shopping experience from back of house to front of house.

 

Performance Management:

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement functional components of the franchise business model.
  • Support franchise stores in implementing retail best practices and developing new ones.

 

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure all operations comply with global franchise standards while considering local market requirements.
  • Maintain alignment with Global and local standards and objectives.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of work experience in Retail Operations in Global Brand
  • Oustanding communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills .
  • Customer service  Retail enviroment exsperience
  • University degree or above
  • Advanced IT skills in Power BI, outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
