O Having extensive brand management skills including developing and executing brand stratigies and P&L responsibility, Consumer marketing and strategic annual planning for the brands.
O Requiring a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage P&L by achieving volume and profit target. (P&L management by products)
- Set Annual Budget and Brand plan
- Develop and drive initiatives related to brand and consumer
- Communicate with Brand partners (forecast, marketing activity and execution global campaigns)
- Lead to develop and execute effective consumer communications
- Manage and monitor all marketing activities for achieving brand plan successfully.
- Communicate and coordinate properly with sales team and head office to get high goal.
- Execute the global / regional marketing campaign aligned with global guidelines and local needs
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept to launch

- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector

- Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market research methodologies

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Energetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks

- Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills

- High or mid competency in spoken and written English

- Prefer Experience in  alcohol industry, especially brown spirit category and luxury brand & High end Consumer marketing background
