 - Participate in the buying campaign in France & Italy for operating shops in shops in Korea
 
 - Follow up orders, as well as monitor stock levels to ensure that sell thru & sales targets should be achieved with well-balanced stocks
 
 - Strive with the right merchandise assortments for each store location to fit the customers¡¯ cluster, including merchandise allocation and consolidation
 
 - Analyze and evaluate sales on monthly basis and come up with proper action plans
 
 - Conduct seasonal product training and mix & match workshop with Korea stores
 
 - Communicate closely with stores to understand the market feedback and merchandise potential
 
 - Communicate closely with Head Quarter in France & Italy on the market situation and sales performance
 
 - Drive stores team to achieve sales target and Company goals
 
 - Coordinate with buying and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock, inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements
 
 - Responsible for CRM & to develop local customer base
 
 - Understanding of online business is preferable
 
 - Monitor the budget and expenses to ensure that they are implemented according to the agreed parameters and standards
 
 
 Job Requirements
 - Degree holder in fashion or related discipline
 
 - At least 2 years relevant experience in luxury fashion brand
 
 - Self-motivated with excellent people management and communication skills
 
 - Good team player with strong market sense in the fashion area
 
 - Proficient in all Microsoft applications especially in Excel
 
 - Strong fashion sense and able to work independently and as a team
 
 - Strong numerical ability and presentation skills
 
 - Fluent in spoken and written Korean and English. Both languages are a must.
