KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Soft Merchandising plan- Campaign display. (DS&OS)
• Design & quality control for all promotional artworks to ensure perfect Stores across the different touch points.
• Create in develop of artworks for Visual Merchandising such as : permanent range displays, animation displays, product planograms...etc.
• Facilitate communication with external agencies to conceptualize and produce displaying materials to meet the standards of great brands.
• Give clear guidelines to counters, and make sure that all the guidelines are put in place
well at POS.
2. Support the event and extra exposure.
• Prepare and produce the event display in the department stores according to big launch events.
3. Support the store renovation project.
• Plan & arrange the related display & visual according to the design concept.
4. Support the E-commerce live display.
• Create the design according to the campaign concept to bring the brand image in a limited environment.
• Require a sense of bold & simple display to fit in the situation.
5. Control the maintenance.
• Manage the maintenance of each counter promptly with the local contractor.
REQUIREMENTS
Design related bachelor¡¯s degree or above
At least 3 years of visual merchandising experience in cosmetics industry
Advanced skills in Architecture or interior design skills (Adobe Design program: Photoshop/ Illustration/ CAD¡¦etc)
Preferably business level of English; both written and spoken
Excellent creative ability in print, merchandising and store design.
Proactive and positive mind-set
