MAIN PURPOSE
- To develop and execute launch and always-on marketing campaigns for online business, while also overseeing paid digital media opportunities for our core business, launches and promotions— supporting brand¡¯s growth.
- To manage brand¡¯s eCommerce channels that include marketplaces and retailers¡¯ digital channels and plan, develop, and execute a marketing program and execute a new release and provides brand value for market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design Brand EC strategies.
- Develop EC multi-channel marketing strategies (Retailer.com, Pure player) with channel-fit and customized solution.
- Potentialize Traffic and conversion KPIs and maximize ROI of all ecommerce activities
- Understanding on how to connect online marketing initiatives to tangible business results.
- Oversee the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign to ensure Brand is constantly learning and improving their marketing tactics and spending
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Work with internal team, and EC retailers, and vendors to drive revenue in EC channels.
- Continuously drive sales and conversions to achieve eCommerce aspirations through SKUs assortment, bundling and promotions
- Manage e-Business budget to ensure the best ROI
- Identify new e-business opportunities and lead new e-business doors opening projects, aligned with global and regional team
- Follow up global and local e-business projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in the equivalent coursework
- Proven track record of 4+ years of marketplaces/ multi-brand sites preferred, or from online retail industry
- Interest in the beauty industry & career advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong collaborating / negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
