What You¡¯ll Do

[Recruiting]

  • Support full cycle recruiting
  • Interview arrangement and coordination
  • Support onsite escorts for interviewees
  • Communication with external/internal candidates 
  • Support graduate hiring campaign (½ÅÀÔ°øä)
  • Create a salary projection for final candidates and communicate with stake holders
  • Manage offer approvals in the system
  • Manage onboarding plans cooperating with HRSS
  • Manage temp hirings 
  • Support day 1 orientation
  • Support direct sourcing using Linkedin

[Others]

  • Support recruitment marketing & employer branding activities to attract college graduates
  • Handle reports to government authorities (Disabled, Veteran..)
  • Handle relocation cases (international transfers,  Expats)
  • Handle payment processes

Who We¡¯re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • 1~2 years of experience in HR. Experiences in recruiting is must.
  •  Fluent in English
  • Able to drive to Yongin, Pyungtaek and Osan to support onsite coordination
  • 2~3 days of remote work will be available

This is 1-year direct contractor position. Contract can be renewed per situations.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ¡®On-site Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ¡®Virtual Flex¡¯ you¡¯ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
