  • ¡¤ Develop compensation strategy including variable pay scheme review to ensure pay for performance and market competitiveness. 
    Organize and process annual salary review, promotion and market catch up.
    Conduct a comprehensive review of all C&B processes to ensure compliance to company¡¯s policy, efficiency & best practice, implementing changes where necessary. 
    Participate in market surveys and analysis compensation competitiveness vs. market and benchmark


[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]

  • ¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degree 
  • ¡¤ At least 10+ years¡¯ C&B experiences, payroll and budget experiences are preferred
  • ¡¤ Knowledge about labour law, C&B concept and associated legislation
  • ¡¤ Strong and proven analytical skills, ability to gather facts and statistics to provide recommendation/solution
  • ¡¤ Positive attitude, team work and customer service spirit
  • ¡¤ Work independently, detail oriented and result driven
  • ¡¤ Keep confidentiality on all data information
  • ¡¤ Good level of English
