Job Description

  • Work with various segments to develop and deliver omni-channel campaigns that will extend BU's reach in end markets, increase lead generation and improve brand awareness
  • Work with various BU teams to develop and deliver digital use cases and improve and optimize campaigns for use cases and achieve optimal results
  • Produce and optimize contents for campaigns, including landing pages, eblast, and website
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of omni-channel initiatives
  • Drive traffic on BD.com to ensure content conversion by leveraging search, social media, landing pages, advertising,  events, etc.
  • Customer Insights, Social listening & Analytics
  • Marcom Intelligence, Analytics, and Implements those best practices and face based insights into our omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Local omni-channel platforms training & education
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Establishes targeting specific goals, measuring performances and attribution across channels, marketing automation, CRM.


Job Requirements

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience in marketing in healthcare or B2B industry
  • Advanced proficiency with best practices for content marketing, SEO, web, social media, email marketing, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques focusing on channel and content strategies.
  • Fluent English skills in written and speaking preferred
  • Bachelor¡¯s degree, in business or marketing
  • SFDC, Marketo, BI is a plus
