Responsible for the activation of the internal processes for the order execution.

• Manage the order to cash process for Standard & Complex Orders, from the order acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
• Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date.

• Management of the Zero-Tax docs.
• Backlog and WIP maintenance.
• Claims administration

Requirement

• Min. 2~3 years’ experience in order handling process for Marine business
• Preferred to have University graduate or equivalent.
• Good communication in English
• Customer service skills
• MS Office skills
