Senior Specialist, Brand Communications, aGolf (1Y9M)

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Coordinate and support overall brand communications activities to ensure effective local implementation of Global GTM process aligning with the company target.
 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

OVERALL

  • Support overall brand comm. marketing strategy and activation (advertising, creative production, PR, digital, social, events (consumer and customer), sponsorship, retail, account, CRM, etc.)
  • Generate energy and give creative ideas to bring the brand energy and newness
  • Coordinate obtaining, managing and distributing all marketing materials being created in global & APAC & local
  • Deliver information to every related department with timely manner and right tools including all agencies

 

 

BRAND MARKETING MEDIA PLANNING & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT

  • Support to create the local brand marketing plan and calendar based on Global and APAC and input from country commercial needs
  • Collaborate with ECOM & Media buying agency (Mediacom) and support more on strategic media planning (especially digital) and execution
  • Work with CTC team in coordinating the strategic seasonal, quarterly range plan to align with company target
  • Set weekly & monthly detailed digital social activity plan for TEAMADIDAS IG postings, influencers and youtubers aligning with the seasonal plan

 

Digital Marketing Plan and execution

  • Develop Digital marketing plan which is aligned with Marketing strategy 
  • Support eCom with the consolidated assets and messages thru digital marketing  
  • Develop local contents /new digital marketing tool
  • Report weekly / monthly / quarterly recap
  • Plan and execute CRM activities when set up

 

Social marketing execution, management

  • Align with seasonal ATL & PR plan, set weekly & monthly detailed social activities for IG (Set best combination with global and local communication timing)
  • Communication co-ordinate with related department for communication product

(Product, Sports marketing, Retail marketing and sales)

  • Manage TEAMADIDAS & influencers for marketing communication, and deliver products before communication timing
  • Report monthly or seasonal social analysis for better execution

 

PR/Consumer Event & Promotion management to align with overall plan

  • Manage samples and proactively communicate with PR agency for PR related issue
  • Align with planned events and promotion, coordinate detailed execution working with line manager & others related department
  • Coordinate agency communication for every execution based on planned activities
  • Deliver information to every related department (incl. store managers) with timely manner and right tools
  • Provide every promotion analysis report for result sharing for better execution

 

Support Asset Creation & Operation  

  • Support the brief and production of assets relevant to key account or Retail activations
  • Communication with related department for asset development (Product, Sports marketing, Retail marketing and Sales)
  • Manage and operate marketing inventory and minimize the year-end stock
  • Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools
  • Manage process such as budget, invoice, order tracking, delivery follow-up and follow up documents, etc.

 

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

  • Internal (main) - aGolf CTC, Sports Marketing, Retail MKT, and Sales
  • Internal (Sub) - Operation, Finance
  • External - agencies such as Creative agencies, PR Agencies, Media buying Agency, Event Agencies

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • High degree of knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer
  • Ability to develop local marketing strategies following global guidelines
  • Strong presentation skill to internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Photoshop, Design and video editing skill preferred
  • Good sense of marketing trend and contents development skills
  • Experience in both, market and regional marketing organization preferred
  • Fluent English in both Speaking and Writing

 

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years¡¯ experience in relevant Marketing fields
  • Golf Industry experience preferred
