The JD should contain the following:
1. Roles and Responsibilities:
¡¤ Must be able to communicate in English and Korean
¡¤ Experience in production support projects and is aware of SLAs and KPI metrics.
¡¤ Should be able to converse with customer and convey the same to offshore team based out of India.
¡¤ Should be able to get transition from current Korean team effectively and guide the Infosys team.
¡¤ Should have experience in leading a team and track progress of tickets/enhancements.
¡¤ Should have working knowledge on either Java or .NET
2. Skills /Competencies:
a. Essential Skills:
¡¤ Good communication skills
¡¤ Should be able to understand and write code
¡¤ Must be able to communicate in Korean and English
¡¤ Must facilitate communication and discussions between Korean team and Indian team
¡¤ Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
b. Preferred skills
¡¤ Experience in AMS and production support
¡¤ Understanding of Incident management and support processes
c. Additional Skills:
¡¤ Excellent customer interfacing skills.
¡¤ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
¡¤ Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
