Operation Manager ´ã´çÀÚ¸¦ ¸ðÁýÇÏ°í ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that safe operating practices are a priority at all operations and regional facilities. Fully implement company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and practices.
2. Responsible for ensuring operations department performs its duties in accordance with corporate way of working and properly files information in accordance with guidelines to global cloud-based CRM and data management systems.
3. Coordinate and manage the job set up process and execution.
4. Responsible for timely, accurate follow ups to the client to close opportunities.
5. Customer relations and primary point of contact with the client throughout the job progression managing client expectations.
6. Ensure that all jobs are completed in accordance with customer expectations, job paperwork is reviewed and appropriately filed to ensure timely invoicing and customer payment for services.
7. Ensure services rendered were in line with customer expectations. This includes ensuring customers are informed of scope changes, changes in expected costs and timely submittal of completed service report.
8. Participation in project technical reviews to ensure that projects are quoted correctly and in line with customer expectations and capabilities of company.
9. Ensure project managers and dive supervisors have been informed of upcoming and pending jobs to fully understand client expectations and SGS expectations.
10. Coordinate with the Project Managers, Dive Supervisors and 3rd Parties to ensure the correct equipment is available for each scheduled job.
11. Manage subcontractors to ensure they are meeting SGS standards and following subcontractor agreements.
12. Manage the daily scheduling and dispatching of the divers and maintain a list of on call divers 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
13. Manage the diver¡¯s weekly distribution of working hours to ensure qualified crews as well as retaining on call staff to support operations.
14. Manage the projected job schedules to ensure staffing and equipment are available.
15. Monitor and evaluate work performance of direct reports. - Actively participate in the Personal Development Plans for direct reports
16. Ensures the technical reports are completed accurately and distributed to the client, classification societies and other authorities as required in a timely manner.
17. Manage and participate in the after-hours phone rotation.
18. Work with the other SGS offices to coordinate resources and equipment.
19. Participate in and assist in safety meetings.
20. Manage and ensure updating of CRM opportunity information (Salesforce).
21. Ensure company documents are maintained and organized in an auditable manner (SharePoint).
22. Monitor and evaluate work performance for dive personnel.
23. Support sales and marketing activities.

24. Assist Senior Management in implementing new policies to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
25. Track non-conformities and implement any necessary policy or procedure changes with management.
26. Acts as a role model for customer service, safety and maintaining a positive work environment.
27. Assist in supporting other departments and employees in reaching SGS service, productivity, quality, and revenue goals and missions.
28. Performs related duties as assigned.
