Your key responsibilities
-Pricing & reimbursement Strategy Development for pipeline, new drug,Reimbursement Expansion with Squad
-HIRA, NHIS, MoHW process to ensuring the P&R (new P&R listing, reimbursement expansion, negotiation) of Roche products
-Post-management of listing drugs (Price-volume Negotiation etc.)
-Develope PE study or outcomes study for products to have best reimbursement guideline and competitive MRP.
-Review & Analysis of relevant P&R regulations, reimbursement guidelines to educate in-house customers and support business impact minimization.
-Modulate to communicate with relevant stakeholders (MOHW/NHIS/HIRA/Academy/Industry associations) through cross-functional collaboration.
-Act as a center of excellence for strategic pricing and reimbursement excellence (expertise, insights, competence, RSA scheme, and price negotiation with payers)
-Connect the dots to ensure global pricing policy & strategy and develop Korea Strategic Pricing strategy
-Align and interpret competitive pricing intelligence together within Squad and above Squad to identify and anticipate current and evolving trends

Who you are

1. 1~2 years experiences in pharmaceutical company Preferred
2. Bachelor degree, or above majored in pharmacy.(Pharmacist is preferred.) 
3. Filing experience for new drug P&R listing and/or reimbursement expansion. 
4. Knowledge of external environment, relevant government regulations. 
5. Knowledge and experience of pharmaco-economic analysis and new drug P&R listing. 
6. Good analyze the Budget Impact of health insurance. 

7. Good at communication, English and computer skills. (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
