Job Description • Maintain contents of JD and job posting to
help potential candidates understand the positions on job portals while
assisting on recruitment related projects such as talent/market
mapping/employer branding, etc. • Ad-hoc support in other recruitment related
tasks such as arrangement of onsite interviews and coordinate facilities, etc. • Assist in recruitment related projects such
as talent mapping of candidate market within a specific set of requirements. • Research and recommend improvements, if any,
on the workflow and interface of the current applicant tracking system and
career site. • Support the maintenance of applicant tracking
system through consistent update of candidate profiles by tags and filters. • Ensuring compliance with applicable legal
requirements as well as Trip.com's talent acquisition policies and procedures. • Manage the entire recruitment process using
the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and
evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metrics reports. • Partner closely with internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand job requirements and source for relevant candidates from various platforms.
Job Requirements • High
adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing
environment • Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; knowledge of PowerPoint an advantage • Interview, and
stakeholder management skills is a plus • Good learning
attitude, self-motivated and organized • Experience
with cross-country recruitment within the North-East Asia is preferred. • At least 3
years of working experience in recruitment ideally from OTA/ Internet/
Recruitment Agencies • Well versed with LinkedIn, JobKorea, Saramin,
Peoplenjob, Incruit and Super rookie • Able to speak native level English and Korean
(Chinese will be a plus)
• Bachelor¡¯s
degree and above Overview: This role is a 1 year contractor role and you would be exposed to regional recruiting efforts across Northeast Asia and Oceania. |
