Position Summary
As the launch of Vocabria + Rekambys (V+R), the first long-acting injectable treatment for HIV, gets closer in Korea, we are hiring HIV (Sr.) Brand Manager. As a HIV Brand Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out the V+R launch. Reporting to HIV Marketing Manager, you will strategically coordinate and lead developing V+R brand strategies, implementation across functions in collaboration with Medical, Sales, Commercial Operations, Corporate Communications and Finance departments to drive activities to achieve successful launch objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead development and execution of robust and ambitious V+R launch objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion
Establish DAC (Disease Awareness Campaign) that can significantly raise the unmet needs of People with HIV
Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets
Create and develop detailing materials in line with the brand¡¯s goal and strategy
Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong customer engagement and manage Key external experts
Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, delivery of pharmaceutical share growth and increase touchpointsParticipate in trainings and adopting current market trends and detailing strategies
Lead cross-functional brand team and aligning with internal stakeholders in business strategies
Collaborate with third party stakeholders and global/regional teams in terms of local implementation
Engage with Medical to gain customer insights from employees and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs
Manage local congresses, and GSK sponsored digital and face to face events
Lead innovative omni-channel strategy and execution including digital channel Management
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Qualifications
[Basic Qualifications]
Bachelor¡¯s degree in business/marketing/sales or scientific backgrounds
Over 5 years of commercial (sales or marketing) experiences in pharmaceutical industry with minimum 3 years of Marketing experience,
Proven project management and problem solving skills
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with positive growth mind set that can inspire cross-functional teams to work in collaboration
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Strategic thinker and creative marketer
Self-motivated and result oriented
[Preferred Qualifications]
Specialty care business (HIV, Immunology, Infections disease, etc..) experience preferred
>5 years marketing experience and cross-functional projects such as new product/indication launch experienced preferred
