1) HRIS Data Management
Support HR system such as Workday, Shiftee, Arain
Report HRIS trouble shooting and update data input or changes in the system Coordinate to implement HR system, prepare manual and internal training material Maintain & Update individual personal document filing as well as HR system

2) Assist Compensation & Benefits
Monitor annual leave, other leave and track balance
Review working duty schedule of store staff
Coordinate benefit programs Support cost management system

3) Recruitment
Post a job posting on the site and update accordingly
Screening the resumes in store recruitment and arrange interview schedule.

4) Training & Development
Coordinate training program
prepare manual and internal training material
Maintain training record in HRIS (Workday and reporting system)

5) Reporting and other HR administration
Prepare weekly meeting data, other business related material
Prepare an information to newcomer about necessary material to join Support onboarding and offboarding process Assist in any ad hoc project

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
• Good time management, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
• Precision, strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Labor Standards Act.
• Proficient especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking.
• A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in speaking and writing English.
