Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

1.     Investment Support

- Analyze real-estate market and negotiate with landlords

- Identify new opportunities to increase sales by understanding customers’ business strategy

- Set up basis for business figures pertaining to real estate investment

- In charge with internal approval process and reporting

- Analyze financial impact and assist commercial officer with strategic planning

- Responsible for manage lease-in/out contracts and reconciliation of lease liability/assets under IFRS16

2. Facility Manager Support

- Facility management including maintenance, services

- Visit affiliate site for regular check-up and on special circumstances

What you need to make real what matters.

- 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

- 즉시 근무 시작 가능자

- 신입~경력 3년차

- 4년제 대학 졸업예정자 또는 졸업자 학위 소지자

- MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) skill

- Communication skills
