- Develop retail excellence plan to achieve target sales for each store
- Achieve a high and consistent level of retail standards across all stores in accordance with store level and sales staff level
- Monitor the stores KPI and analysis the business trend in supporting stakeholders and store teams
- Collaborate with the retail team help build the stores performance goals and drive performance across sales, retail KPIs.
- Lead and take a proactive role in local projects and execute business initiatives
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization

- 3+ years of experience in retail excellence, retail analytics, or any relevant.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Extensive knowledge of luxury industry or retail industry

- Proven track record of driving retail excellence and achieving business results

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans

- Proficient analytic skills in Microsoft, Power BI or relevant tools

- Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical mindset

- Excellent problem solving and communicating skill

- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently

- Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication
