TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

-Contract Type: Permanent 
-Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea 

YOUR ¡®DAY TO DAY¡¯

1) Campaign Planning & Management 

-Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels especially in digital, SNS, CRM, Paid ads, 3rd party ecommerce and events. 
-Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented communication. Integrate learning and insights into regular performance reports and future executions. 

2) Content Development  
-Develop engaging and compelling contents for integrated marketing communication.
-Brief and guide creative agencies to ensure the excellence in execution at optimal cost.

3) Global Initiative Adaptation 

-Work with central marketing team to adapt global campaign ideas and assets to local executions. 

4) Collaboration 

-Work closely with cross-functional teams including channels, acquisition/retention, sales, market research to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. 

5) Compliance
 - Ensure all implemented initiatives comply with brand guidelines, internal policies and external regulations.
