Responsibilities

Managing Projects

- Ensuring that projects are planned and effectively executed to manage cost and schedule, so that they meet ERM’s and our client’s expectations;
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills, writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of impactful client communication;
- Providing project management and technical expertise for outbound investment projects into international markets. In particular, overseeing the delivery of environmental permitting and planning related from site selection to site operations.
- Participate in a variety of projects with an emphasis on EHS compliance, due diligence and management systems auditing.
Managing and Developing Clients

- Maintaining and developing client relationship;
- Preparing proposals and presentations;
- Communicating and consulting about their inquiries related projects and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
Managing the Team

- Demonstrating strong people management skills; particularly the ability to support, coach, motivate and celebrate others in order to advance employee engagement and achieve results.

[자격요건]

- 경력 : 관련 경력 7년 이상 (환경 인허가, Permitting 등 관련 경험)
- 환경실사, 법규준수실사, EHS심사에 관해 국내 또는 해외 기준 경험자
- 영어 business level 수준
