[M&A/ESG Due diligence 담당업무]
- Adhering to all ERM and client requirements
- Manage and perform ESG due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and property sales and leases
- Manage and conduct E&S due diligence for project finance
- Conduct, manage and deliver projects; working with project team members closely to complete tasks within project scope, budget and schedule requirements
- Work as the point of contact as when required to communicate with clients and project teams and Partner-in Charge
- Work as part of the consulting engagement teams across the range of projects, and contribute to the business development process which may involve proposal writing
- Capitalize on existing client relationships to expand ERM’s profile and market share through a combination of excellence in delivery and business development support

- 학사 이상
- 관련 경력 2년 이상 (ESG DD, M&A deal transaction 등)
- Familiar with Financial Sector in Korea and the region, in particular PE and/or commercial banks as a plus;
