We are searching for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Global PR/Comm. Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced global communications team.

Responsibilities
[PR & Communication]
- Assist in the execution of 360° communication strategies across various channels to effectively reach target audiences and amplify brand messaging.
- Support the development and implementation of integrated communication campaigns for major product launches and brand events.
- Participate in the creation of engaging press materials including press releases, media kits, and presentations.
- Assist with media monitoring and reporting, analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
[Advocacy & Influencer]
- Assist in the development and implementation of global influencer marketing strategies to drive brand love and engagement.
- Support the team in identifying, researching, and engaging with relevant influencers across different platforms.
- Assist with the execution of influencer collaborations, including product seeding and campaign tracking.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the influencer marketing space.
[Brand Collaboration]
- Support the team in identifying and researching potential brand partners for collaborations that align with brand values and target audiences.
- Assist in the development of creative briefs and proposals for brand collaborations.
- Provide administrative support throughout the partnership process, including coordinating meetings and communications.
[Regular Responsibilities]
- Assist in creating and maintaining strategic planning documents for PR and communication initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis on various markets and competitor activities, compiling findings into comprehensive reports.
- Provide support with processing invoices and managing budgets for PR projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a PR or communications role (internships included).
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current trends.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required
