You will be the one to ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.  Our team's objective is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our Culinary& Production operations (in the aviation industry.)  We are looking for a team pla yer, well-organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills.

 Responsibilities

   Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
  ●    생산계획과 운영관리

     ▶ Culinary 팀과의 지속적인 커뮤니케이션

     ▶ 효율적인 운영관리 (퍼포먼스 극대화 및 지연 최소화)

 ●   자재 관리 
        ▶ 생산에 필요한 인력, 장비, 원자재 산출 및 폐기량 최소화
        ▶ 재고관리 - 부족분 및 폐기량 최소화
             ◇  폐기량 일간 점검 및 시스템 입력
             ◇  문제가 있는 아이템에 대한 지속적인 모니터링 및 문제 해결
        ▶ 식자재 관리

  ●    항공사별 승객 수 예측 및 분석
  ●    기타 프로젝트 (할당된 경우)

 Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
  ●    Planning and prioritizing Operations 

     ▶ Maintaining close communication with the Culinary & Production team.

     ▶ Ensuring good workflow coordination (maximizing performance and minimizing delay)

 ●   Material Management   
        ▶ Determining manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand, whilst minimizing /
             preventing wastage.
        ▶ Managing Inventory - Minimize shortage & material wastage
             ◇  Perform daily check and keep logs in Material Wastage
             ◇  Perform continuous monitoring & problem-solving on products with issues
        ▶ Organizing material orders

  ●    Airline Catering-related Forecasting & Analysis Management 
  ●    Other related - projects (when assigned)

 Qualifications

 학력:

         ●     전문대 또는 대학 졸업자 (전공 무관)

 Education:

   ●     Diploma & above (4-year degree graduates in related discipline preferred)

 경력:

         ●     식품과 관련된 분야에 0~2년 경험을 선호함;    
   ●     신입 지원 가능

 Work Experience:

         ●     0~2 years fo experience (in catering-field preferred); 
   ●     Fresh graduates are welcome

컴퓨터 사용 수준: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) 
  ●     Excel 활용 가능자 (엑셀 시험 있음)

         ●     스케줄 근무 가능자 (주말 포함)
  ●     커뮤니케이션 및 문제해결 능력 보유자
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) 

        ●     Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

        ● Excellent communication abilities

        ●   Strong organization and problem-solving skills

언어 / 커뮤티케이션 능력:

   ●     영문 이메일 독해 및 작성자 가능자     

Language / Communication Skills:

   ●     Good command of English (in Read / Write aspect)
