Line Manager in Singaproe / Financial Reporting to SG APAC HR Manager in Shanghai, China / Coorperate Support Korea Office Manager - Korean
[ Role Overview ] --Accounting-- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting works of the office. Ensure proper set up of accounting function to produce accurate and timely submission of financial statements to meet internal and external audit requirements; Responsible for general office administrative tasks and supporting HR in setting up and maintaining local Payroll Processing and local Personnel Administration tasks;
---Branch Management Support:--- In conjunction with the Site Manager in Korea, provide local administrative support across functions in the office; collaborate with functions to ensure local office is compliant with company policies, local government laws and regulations and Corporate Business Conduct requirements.

[About You]
---Required Skills & Experience--- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent In depth Accounting/Finance Knowledge and Experience (8 years + Accounting/Finance knowledge and experience in MNCs with strong understanding of business operations) Good understanding of local taxation regulations and regulatory reporting requirements. Good understanding of new office setup requirements Experienced in use of ERP systems Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) Self starter / Team Player Strong Communication Skills across different functions and at all levels Personal and work effectiveness Customer focus Teamwork & process improvement Able to be hands on and work Independently Good command of English and Korean Commitment to results Ability to work to tight deadlines Sound judgement and initiative
---Good to have:--- Professional Accounting Certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, etc) Knowledge of Marine Service industry would be an advantage. Strong Business Acumen
