Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to execute and deliver HR services. Each day, you will support cross-collaboration within HR services. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering high-quality results and solution.
The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the HR Services operations and ongoing project called HRTP in Korea.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Executing and delivering HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility
• Providing on-demand reports related to business processes where required
• Being accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards
• Acting as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics from business side and delivers support across several service lines
• Supporting cross-collaboration within HR Services operations team and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies
• Supporting or take part in on-going HR related projects with the necessary activities for the project go-live.

Qualifications for the role

• 1-3 years of working experience in HR function
• Knowledge/understanding of local statutory, legal and labor law would be preferred
• Multinational companies working experiences would be preferred
• Experience in HR systems (Workday / SAP) would be preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
• Business level in verbal and written English
