1. Take the ownership for budget, process improvement and business planning
2. Identify issues and risks, provide recommended solutions and participate in implementation.
3. Analyze & reconcile the variance of monthly performance vs. Forecast and Budget
4. Provides financial analysis in various aspects to management team for decision making
5. Monitor, control spending of commercial investment and departments¡¯ expenses
6. Other assignment, if needed such as managing ad hoc requirements from APAC region / BU
