Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via telephone, other electronic means, and at customer locations
Assist customers in deploying Siemens EDA¡¯s Calibre manufacturing software to solve design challenges
Track and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA¡¯s processes and tracking tools
Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates
Develop technical content for Siemens EDA¡¯s knowledgebase
Communicate customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales
Qualifications
Minimum 5-year experience in foundries tape-out flow integration/automation is preferred
Familiar with Calibre SVRF/OPC/RET rule language is a plus
Candidates should have a working familiarity with Unix and Linux OS
Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, Tcl, Python, and other scripting languages is a plus
Familiarity with Machine learning solutions (algorithm, theory, statistics) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problems and provide solutions
Good relationship-building skills and fluent speaking/presentation skills in English
