Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in brand/marketing management, corporate affairs/corporate social responsibility, or communications lead roles.

Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.


Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, policy, or partner marketing or research.

Experience with marketing and business operations, financial analytics, or similar.

Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.

Ability to work with teams on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic context and effectively operate in a fast-paced environment.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.


The Brand and Reputation Marketing team is tasked with demonstrating Google¡¯s contribution to the societies and economies of the countries where we operate. The team¡¯s focus areas are proving Google¡¯s helpfulness in driving economic growth and showing Google¡¯s digital responsibility in the era of AI. In the first area, through online and in-person courses, we strive to help business creators and developers in making their businesses more successful. When it comes to digital responsibility, we educate all things privacy and safety to ensure how we are committed to keeping users safe online.


Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional local leads to develop campaign strategy, campaign activation and measurement and deliver with execution excellence.

Work with global, regional Brand and Reputation team to ensure alignment.

Demonstrate data driven analytics in developing strategies, execution plans, and post tracking.

Drive creative and media strategies for communicating our message and lead overall related campaign execution, including on-site production of events and high-end experiences to ensure flawless execution.

Be the guardian of the brand equity by localizations of global, regional programs.
