[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Store Planning • Prepare the project launch package from collecting all necessary documentation to start the design (CAD files, etc¡¦), through layout approval to final delivery and punch list (pre-construction, construction, post-construction); • Project Cost Budgeting & Monitoring • Assist to collect info from the Korean branch and transmit to HQ to finalize the design of each store. • Liaise with partners in internal departments including IT, Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Logistics, VM, etc. to ensure continuity of responsibilities through project completion. • Submit design to Landlord (or Dept Stores) if needed. • Assist / Manage bidding process (Consultants, GCs, MW etc); • Review construction drawings and shop drawings to ensure continuity and compliance from concept to codes; Track costs and time schedules, visiting the construction site and prepare periodic reports. • Monitor construction sites thru local consultants and periodic site visits and update the Korean branch and HQ on status. • Coordinate and assist all operations prior to turnover to store opening. • Manage Invento29. [ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] Education: - Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
Experience: •
Min 7 years' experience in retail design and construction with direct
involvement in fit-out acrivities and strategic planning (knowledgeable
of millwork standards, details, construction etc.,)
Competencies: • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture • proficiency in MS applications, auto cad, photoshop and sketch up is highly needed. • proficient Korean & business English level written and verbal. • strong time manage and prioritization skills.
Languages: Fluent in English is a must
