Job title: CS Service Account Manager
Role Summary:
Services Account Management develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with account sales team.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with account sales teams.
- Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term CS business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.
- Coordinate efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with EQ Sales, CS Marketing, Service delivery team members at account.
- Develop CS Account Strategy aligned with the Customer¡¯s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth.
- Drives continuous CS process improvement via Lean.
- CS Funnel Management via daily management methodology.
- Develop, maintain and improve of the relations a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.
- Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
- Maintain and develop Installbased business including SVC, Techmax and CLV.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- University degree with 2-10 years of related experience in healthcare industry
- Prefer related experience in Radiology and Cardiology area
- Experience in building and executing account strategy and CRM
- Passionate and motivated mindset to boost the sales and overcome business challenge
- Winning sprit, resilience and ability to influence colleagues
- Customer orientation, good communication skill
