- Implement Performance KPIs for Boutiques by setting monthly sales target, conducting accurate analysis and developing action plans
- Analyze sales trends and consumer insights to drive sales performance and communicate with business stakeholders in a proactive manner
- Provide detailed analysis of market trends and competitors for the Boutiques and Retail team and ensure competitive market positioning across the network
- Build strong collaborations with Boutique management to elevate their business understanding and ensure action plans for achieving performance KPIs and sales targets by visiting boutiques on a regular basis
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated retail strategies and initiatives
- Develop and manage global retail excellence projects to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales performance
- Monitor the incentive scheme is well-managed and effectively paid out by reviewing its impact and relevance to the actual trends
- Keep strong relationship with landlords to maintain boutique operations
- Plan and implement the annual Kick-off meeting and necessary training for retail reporting
- Support for various boutique events (OSV events, opening, In-store animation etc.) proactively

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(10년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업

- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at supervisory level in luxury retail industry

- Fluent in English and Korean.
