[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Demand planning - Develop and maintain an annual budget structure that is correctly divided for all SKUs and holds related meetings regularly at the right time. - Agree and adjust the budget, and pro-actively communicates with key stakeholders. - Analyze and advise various sales KPI data that have been carried out. - Collaborate with WW as well as Korea key stakeholders to finalize demand plan.
O Inventory planning - Strategic SCM inventory planning and execution. - Analyze and utilize the data to optimize supply planning, inventory, and transportation & distribution to customers and consumers. - Track and analyze business KPIs to reduce costs, maximize service, and drive actions to close performance gaps. - Generate performance reports for management review. - Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Merchandising, Finance, Retail and stores to enhance efficiency and optimize costs. - Monitor DC productivity KPIs, working with key stakeholders including 3PLs to optimize costs, maximize capacity, and drive actions. - Execute allocation and replenishment strategies from DC to stores. - Ensure the correct balance of inventory in the stores according to seasonal assortment matrix. - Evaluate the stock allocation and distribution on the basis of sales, distribution plan and rationing criteria in order to maximize service level within the region and to support sales objectives. - Monitor sales and control the stock levels within the region. - Work with WW team to understand lead time, logic of picking and packing, timing to deliver products to stores and delivery schedules for each store. - Work with Merchandising and retail teams to understand priorities and market specific requests. - Manage the ¡°give and take¡± process according to analysis of stock balance, transport cost and sales trend. - Collaborate with key stakeholders both at Local and WW. - Support SCM team members with reporting development and training on reporting tools. - Identify and contribute to supply chain process enhancements by developing and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with business processes and needs. - Keep monitoring the SCM process and provide solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies. - Keep checking the business needs, organizing the best practice to ensure sustainable practices. - Monitor and benchmark best practices, operating models, and processes to achieve continuous improvement and standardization.
O Leadership – team management - Build a strong regional SCM team by providing the related training and coaching. - Drive & develop SCM team to be pro-active in achieving Department and company objectives and to develop a challenging and cooperative work environment. - Lead the team in the improvement of daily operations through proper development and implementation of regional and WW SCM program. - Identify team through recruiting and market involvement to identify potential talents to be able to recruit and to compensate.
O Project management - Direct and facilitate SCM support for new/renovated store openings. - Provide and share SCM guidance to key stakeholders. - Ensure all events, pop up and pop ins, etc. to have efficient management guiding with expertise and collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Bachelor degree in business
administration, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related supply Chain fields - Minimum 15 years of
professional SCM experience, at least 5 years of a fulfillment/distribution
leadership role experience (luxury fashion experience preferred) - Experience in retail
environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures (3 PL
management, transportation, cross functional collaboration) - Strong analytical skills,
detail oriented. extreme accuracy & precision - Ability to work
cross-functionally in a team environment. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills both in English and Korean
- Experience in using of Windows, Excel, Outlook
and BI tools in order to monitor performances and KPIs.
