Role:  Customer Delivery manager (CDM)
Location: Seoul
Language: Korea and English
 
Description:
This role is all about in engaging end customers to SAP ECS .
Should have minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
Prime focus area of the role are on Customer Timeline delivery, escalation handling and to engage different teams to drive the common objective

Requirements
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers  
Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management ( TLO )
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the solution/designing the mechanism for end to end solutioning
Experience in Migration is added advantage
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in Korean and English langauge
