Key tasks of the Job:
We are looking for a Consultant-Manager, Consumer Insights to join our team to provide analysis and insight to fuel our efforts to accelerate growth of McDonald¡¯s Korea. This role requires strategic thinking, balanced with strong project management and collaboration skills leading cross-functional teams. This individual should share our passion for business insights that informs real world business decisions. You will be working as part of S&I team supporting various functions in McDonald¡¯s Korea and the Top Management Team.
Specifics the Job:
(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:
7+ years of experience required in related field (industries such as CPG, Food or Management Consulting, in the disciplines such as Corporate Strategy, Consumer Insights or Business Insights, Brand/Product Management, Marketing, or Customer Experience).
Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
(b) Skills:
Expert skills in multiple research methodologies, analytics (panels, big quant) synthesis, analytics and statistics and creative experience
Strong communicator, presenter, and self-starter who develops compelling materials that effectively communicates insights/strategies and is comfortable presenting to and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
Proven ability to impact and influence teams without formal authority.
Ability to articulate complex analysis in a simplified manner to a broad audience
