Job Purpose
The purpose of this role reporting to the Head of Medical Excellence and Operations to support and facilitate various operational aspects within the Medical Affairs department. This role encompasses assistance, medical operational responsibilities, document management, financial tasks, and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Governance Reporting
Timely integration and reporting as per the requirements.
Tracked and reported on various MSL data and metrics on a monthly basis.
Financial Roles
As a P2P/Concur/P card Superuser, responsible for processing payments related to SE activities, studies in Medical Affairs, departmental events, Grant and Donation, and Intercompany cross-charge, as well as overseeing the accrual process.
Manage the creation and changes of all SE cost centers.
Collect FTE data categorized by brand as part of the Finance request.
Administrative support
Assist with coordinating departmental meetings
Extract and analyse the data needed monthly to provide current field medical performance data
Have a monthly meeting with the HCPE Hub team to check cross-updates on the new HCPE supporting tool and check the HCP lecture fee cap to ensure compliance.
Perform administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion
Handle various medical documents
Managed various departmental records
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2 + year of experience in medical affairs operations or a related field.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Advanced English level. Good computer skills
