About Position:

 

Role Summary:

Philips is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Service Business Development Specialist to facilitate seamless service business expansion with our channel partners. The ideal candidate will stay current with the value our solutions bring to both channel partners and end customers, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction. This role involves driving profitable new service business in our installed base and supporting both the partner account management team and channel partners in expansion opportunity elaboration.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

l   Facilitate seamless service business expansion with channel partners.

l   Stay current with the value our solutions bring to both channel partners and end customers.

l   Drive profitable new service business in the installed base in collaboration with channel partners.

l   Support the partner account management team in elaborating expansion opportunities.

l   Help develop strategies for up-selling and cross-selling for indirect service business.

l   Report all partner and end customer feedback received during expansion conversations.

l   Review and assure the achievement of indirect service business targets. Identify patterns and improvement opportunities, such as KPIs to track/manage.

l   Collaborate with the partner account management team to provide input on sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, enabling the service commercial team to offer the best support.

l   Prepare and deliver accurate business forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly via precise funnel and opportunity management for channel partners.

l   Monitor competition and changes in the customer base and industry, providing effective feedback to the APAC service commercial team

l   Indirect Service ±âȸ ¿äÀο¡ ´ëÇÑ ¸ðµç ä³Î ÆÄÆ®³Ê ¹× ÃÖÁ¾ °í°´ÀÇ Çǵå¹éÀ» ¼ö·ÅÇÏ¿© »óºÎ¿¡ º¸°íÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

l   Indirect Service ºñÁî´Ï½º Ÿ°Ù¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ´Þ¼ºÀ²À» °ËÅäÇÏ°í Á¤È®µµ¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÕ´Ï´Ù. KPI¸¦ ÃßÀû/°ü¸®ÇÏ´Â µî PatternÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ°í, °³¼±Á¡À» ã½À´Ï´Ù.

Qualifications & Requirements:

l   Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

l   Proven experience with minimum 7 years in sales, account management, or a related field.

l   Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and customer engagement.

l   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l   Ability to develop and execute up-sell and cross-sell strategies.

l   Proficiency in business forecasting and lead management.

l   Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

l   Ability to monitor competition and industry changes and provide strategic feedback.

l   Business level fluency in English and Korean language.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

l   Experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry.

l   Familiarity with Diagnostic imaging systems and Ultrasound, and service offerings.

l   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

l   Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
