• Key Tasks of the Job:

1. AP Invoice upload and management (utilities, gas, water etc.)
2. Labor voucher handling (Restaurants People) 
3. Monthly cash expense , Closing travel expense handling 
4. Insurance receivable handling
5. Coupa Ap invoice review

• Minimum requirements:

1. Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Prefer in related working experience of accounting
