What you will do 

• Be the main interface between the team and the SP (Solution Package) Driver.
  
• Participate in SP (Solution Package) study and system design meetings to understand the features and challenges.
  
• Drive the team to break down a WP/SP into value-ordered and prioritized epics and user stories.
• Prioritize between features and non-feature tasks in the team backlog.
• Cooperate with the SP Driver and Test Manager for test planning.
• Support the creation of the XFT sprint backlog with user stories and tasks.
• Support XFT planning and estimation.
• Provide feedback on the E2E time plan to the SP Driver and XFT.
• Help coordinate with the technical coordinator, other OPOs, and XFTs when needed.
• Ensure the team achieves the right technical content and quality for developed features, including testing aspects.
• Participate in delivery coordination (feature interaction/dependency) when needed.
• Raise impediments.
• Report agreed feature progress to the SP Driver.

• Familiar with BNEW F-model, Development, and TR WoW.
  
• Domain experience in Radio Access Network, 3GPP, O-RAN, and Radio Units (C2 AAS, Remote Radio, RGW, mmWave, and NG-OLLS).
