What you will do 

  • Manage Private Wireless SE/Customer/Partner engagement through to completion.
  • Develop labs, training, documentation, etc. on related products and features.
  • Partner with sales executives with solution selling into assigned account base. 
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles . 
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions . 
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition . 
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses .
  • Promote, conduct, and manage Proof of Concepts, trials, and demonstrations in the field . 
  • Document customer and industry use cases for internal and external use. 
  • Provide customers and prospects with hands-on configuration assistance and training.  
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements . 
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence .

You will bring

  • Bachelor¡¯s degree (or equivalent experience) supported by five to seven (5-7+) years of demonstrated technical success in pre-sales systems engineering in 3GPP cellular technologies. 
  • Strong experience from pre-sales technical solution selling to end customers.
  • Good understanding of private or public cloud design considerations like containerization, distributed systems, load balancing, LTE architecture. 
  • Familiarity with Enterprise network concepts, protocols, and solutions, such as routing, VPN, LAN/WAN/SDWAN, etc.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable language to any level of audience.
  • Superior professional and communication skills including the ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, resolve conflict, influence preconceptions, and overcome objections. 
  • Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement. 
  • A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluent Korean skill, Business proficient English skill.
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience working with industry Private Wireless solutions and ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Wireless networks and their associated use cases Experience from Cellular RAN products, network planning & deployments and RF Engineering / Design indoor and outdoor is a plus.
  • Experience from cellular network systems integration (SI), or managed services (MS) across RAN and Core Networks is a plus.
